QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Class A Mississippi Teacher’s License with endorsements in any of the following: Biology – 181, Chemistry – 185, Physics - 189 and/or Physical Science – 182.
2. Knowledge and skills in classroom instructional methods and management 
3. Commitment to student-centered learning       
4. Knowledge of Mississippi College and Career readiness standards                                             
5. Commitment to integration of technology into daily instruction
6. Interpersonal skills in working with students, professional colleagues, administration, parents, and community
7. Strong written and oral communication skills: grammar, spelling, punctuation           
8. Strong computer skills
9. Good physical condition with ability to lift 10 pounds
